Terms and Conditions
- Bajo ninguna circunstancia se realizan devoluciones de dinero.
- Las fechas y horas de las reservaciones son definitivas. No se permiten cambios.
- Las lluvias no son motivo de suspensión de reservaciones puesto que las canchas están preparadas para todo tipo de clima.
- Venetur Beach Tennis Club se reserva el derecho de suspender actividades parcial o totalmente en caso de ocurrir alguna eventualidad que perturbe o impida el desarrollo normal de las operaciones (comportamiento inadecuado, consumo de bebidas o alimentos en áreas deportivas, actos violentos, consumo de alcohol/cigarrillo, ingreso de mascotas, desastres naturales, manifestaciones, etc), sin que esto implique necesariamente la reprogramación de la reserva.
- Los vehículos y demás pertenencias son responsabilidad única de los usuarios. La empresa no se hace responsable.
